Returns Policy

Our company wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or you have a change of mind we will offer an online store credit for the item/s so that you can select another product that is more suitable.

Returns are processed within seven days after receiving your returns. You will be issued with an in-store credit to choose another product.


Please note we will only accept exchanges if:

  • They are returned within 7 days from date received.
  • Are in original condition with tags, outer protection and have not been used damaged or marked in anyway.
  • Goods returned that are not in original condition will not be accepted and returned to sender.

How to return

  1. Download our returns form and send with product. Please (click exchange product return form)
  2. We do not cover the cost of returning products unless it is a manufacturing fault or incorrectly sent.
  3. When returning an item please use a traceable method e.g. registered post or courier, so that you are protected, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Your return product will be given as a store credit, excluding the shipping cost of exchange. This credit can then be used for your replacement item/s and you just cover the re-shipping cost.
  5. We do not except COD postal returns.

Refund for faulty or incorrectly supplied item/s.

Authorisation number must be obtained for a refund return.

This must accompany any return/s. Refunds will be issued to the method you used to pay for this item including the return postage cost.
